1. The Agreement
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Norzen.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and a binding agreement is formed between Evenda AS and you as the customer.
We may update these terms from time to time, so we recommend reviewing them whenever you make a purchase.

All prices shown in the store include applicable taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices without prior notice.
Discount codes apply to full-priced items only and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
4.Products
Images we use in the online store are illustrative and may differ from the actual appearance of the product.
We reserve the right for text and image errors in our online store, our catalogs, and advertising mailings. All text, graphic design, logos, images, etc. belong to third parties who own the brand and may not be copied.
5.Contract formation
The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has sent their order to the seller.
The agreement is not binding if there have been typing or input errors in the seller's offer in the online store's ordering system or in the buyer's order, and the other party realized or should have realized that such an error existed. For example, if a product has no price.
6.Payment

Delivery delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Normal delivery time: 1–3 business days from the time the package is dispatched from us.
8.Risk for the item
The risk for the item passes to the buyer when he or her representative has received the goods delivered in accordance with point 7. The seller is responsible for the item until it is delivered to the buyer.
9.Right of withdrawal
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
10.Delivery and delay
If your order is significantly delayed or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
11. Complaint for defect in the item and deadline for making a claim
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time.
We may request photos to help resolve the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
12.Seller's Rights in Case of Buyer's Breach
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Unclaimed or incorrectly addressed shipments may not be refunded.
13.Warranty
Any warranty provided is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Personal data will not be forwarded to any other parties but will only be used to carry out the agreement with the buyer.
15.Age
You must be over 18 years old to make a purchase with us. If you pay by invoice or installment, the age limit is 18 years.
16.Conflict Resolution
We aim to resolve any issues directly and amicably.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.
