Shipping policy

Delivery
All shipping is normally done by mail. The goods are dispatched from a modern and automated distribution warehouse. The normal practice at norzen is that the item is sent out the same business day if the order is completed before 12:00 PM, or the next business day, unless it is peak season, out of stock, or other factors affecting operations. The package is sent to your provided address and will either be delivered to your post office or mailbox if possible.

Incorrect delivery or transport damage
If we deliver the wrong quantity or wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the error. Submit your return or shipping note with information about the error, and include any incorrectly delivered item in its original packaging.
